re: Delicious Buttercream Frosting

I was in Florida on vacation and had a cake at Publix with Buttercream icing. It was great!! I do know, from speaking with one of the bakers, there's no white chocolate or cream cheese in it. If you're looking for Publix-style buttercream frosting this recipe is not it. I would suggest if you live in Florida, or plan on visiting, stop at a Publix store bakery dept. and speak with one of the bakers.
