I had an opportunity to make this for dinner tonight. I actually ran out of milk (I only had 1-1/2 cups of milk in the fridge), so I had to substitute in 1 cup of water & an extra 1/2 cup of sour cream (fat-free at that). The soup was FANTASTIC! My husband (who NEVER asks for seconds!) actually ate the rest right out of the pot! I was floored -- and quite pleased if I do admit it! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR THE RECIPE, TERRY!
