re: Eddie V's bananas foster cake - still looking

I made this for my family as posted on this website. The bananas foster portion was perfect.. Just like we had at Eddie V's. However the cake portion was very disappointing. How can a butter cake not contain any butter?? Still searching for the right recipe to make Eddie V's bananas foster cake. This is not it.
