Re: Fruit Dip

Misc.
Well Janie, you beat me to it. The first one I've had and it is delicious. You'd never know that it's just marshmallow and cream cheese. Here is one more to try:
Kahlua Fruit Dip
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbl Kahlua
1/2 cup cream whipped
Pour first four ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats the back of a spoon. Coll. Fold into whipped cream. I suppose you could substitute the Kahlua with another liquor too. Creme de Cocoa or a rasberry liquor would be good.
