1 - 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
3 Tbls. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
Blend first 3 ingredients until smooth and creamy. (Use a food processor) Add the orange rind and stir until blended. This marvelous served with a tray of fresh fruit - strawberries, kiwi, honeydew, pears, cantaloupe, cherries, pineapple chunks, bananas, peaches. etc. This can also be mixed with a bowl of chopped fresh or canned fruit and served as fruit salad.
Fruit-Mallow Dip:
2 cups marshmallow cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
3 tsp. grated orange peel
4 tsp. orange juice
3 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups strawberries, fresh peaches, and /or cherries etc.
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup sliced bananas
Combine marshmallow cream, mayo., orange peel, orangge juice and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Arrange fruits on toothpicks; serve with marshmallow dip.
Also could use a nice chocolate dipping sauce like fondue for fruit.
Hope these will help you!
