re: graduation open house party plans

Misc.
The open house is planned between 1:00 to 8:00 p.m.. I sent out invitations to around 200 people, plus other friends (totally 250). As of now have not seen other invitations for this date (6-13). Will need both finger/appitizers and something that will fill them up. Casual-outdoor setting. Plan on having both hot and cold foods.

Thanks
