re: Hand dipped cheesecake - Commercial choc

Funny this came up - I recently had key lime pie on a stick at a little place in my town. It is so tiny (start the drum roll) that you have to pass through part of the kitchen to get to the bathroom. When I took my daughter to use the bathroom they happened to be dipping the pies in chocolate that was in a big can so I'm sure they, at least, use some sort of commercial liquid and don't melt anything. Whatever they used it was yummy.....
