re: Hitachi Home Bakery Machine Owners Manual/Recipe Book

Misc.
CMF, Like Betsy said call Pacific Coast Parts in Oregon. They have all the parts, manuals and recipe books you would need. I just ordered a manual/recipe book for my HB-D102 Automatic Home Bakery machine I bought at Goodwill for $13.00. My other Hitachi HB-B102 is 15 years old and we bake bread almost every other day. Model D102 is different and has a cake cycle.
Here's for another 15 years
