ISO: Hitachi HB-B102 manual and questions

Misc.
I have a Hitachi HB-102 that someone gave me used - it lacks any documentation and I don't know how to get it to 1) operate on a "whole wheat" setting or 2) go through a warm up cycle. At this point, I am under the impression that it doesn't have a warm-up cycle and that for white or whole wheat it works the same. Does anyone who has one have any information for me? I'm resisting ordering the manual because It'd be so much better if it was available as a .pdf online. If anyone has any portion of the manual scanned in they could send me, or could just send me an email with the answers to my questions, I'd be very appreciative!
