Hi, Jim

Well, I would have never thought to add Vitamin C to cool the stuff down.
What a great idea. I will definitely purchase some "C" and try it out.
If it works (and I am sure it will) my wife will thank you and so will
the dog - she always has a taste of whatever I'm making. Again, thank
you so much. You're a good cooking friend - know I can always count on
you.
