Jim - If you really want to save it, then you'll need to add a lot more beans, rice and other fixin's. Since you trippled the heat, then you'll need to at least tripple the ingredients. You may be able to get by with just double, but let your tongue be your guide. Not all of the world is gifted with a teflon tongue. :(

I've been there. I've done that and my tongue has the teflon coating to show for it. :)
