re: hot spiced pickled Mexican vegetables - Not a recipe, a can...

I'm sure someone has a recipe, however my wife uses the Embassa brand of pickled jalepenos with carrots and onions. She uses these on sandwiches, in tuna, and just about anything else you can eat. It can be found in the Mexican food section of your market. My wife is from Mexico.
