Recipe(tried): Sauce Recipe from Jim's Spaghetti House

JIM'S SAUCE RECIPE

4 to 5 lbs ground chuck (do not brown)
3 lbs. onion, chopped
2 cans (29 oz. each) tomato sauce
2 cans (6 oz. each) tomato paste
1 cup vegetable oil
4 teaspoons ground black pepper
4 bay leaves
1/2 cup sugar
6 teaspoons vinegar
3 teaspoons salt
6 teaspoons chili powder
Garlic powder and oregano to taste

Mix all ingredients together and cook for 3-4 hours.

Remember DO NOT BROWN GROUND CHUCK BEFORE HAND. ENJOY!!!!
