Misc.You need a good small stainless pitcher,and the milk should be cold just out of the refrigerator. You should fill the pitcher with 3/4 of milk and heat the milk with the heat steamer half way down the pitcher, as it goes hotter, you have to moved it up and down. If you overheat the milk, it will not foam. To made the foam just heat the surface of the milk. It need a lots of practice to made a perfect foam milk for your coffee.
