I tried this avocado dress last night and it was a hit. We didn't make the Mexican salad. Just throwing the salad leaves and babay spinach and some homemade cheesy herb coutons. I still have 1/2 of the dressing in the fridge and will finish it tonight. Thanks for sharing this lovely recipe. Chris' brother asked me to make another batch for him to bring to a potluck on Thursday. :-)

ps: I added a bit more chili powder as we like it spicy.
