I love getting recipes off the net and especially TKL, but there's just something to be said for my Taste of Home magazines.
When I'm in my recliner in the evening I love reading through the magazines, I guess recipes with pictures makes them more real. No advertising was one of the things that sold me, after a friend had a free issue sent to me.
I subscribe to both magazines and also pick up special ones from the newsstand occasionally, three or four times a year they do ones on a particular aspect of cooking and these are only available at the newsstand, not by subscription.
