re: Major Grey-style Chutney - better without the molasses

I made the major grey chutney recipe. I did not have molasses on hand, after chutney was altogether, I decided I better go and buy molasses, at that point the chutney was great, I put in 2 tblsps of molasses and ruined the whole thing. put in jars processed, hoping it would improve. Threw it all out. the molasses really ruined it.
