EASY SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
1 cup apricot or peach preserves
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2 1/2 to 3 minutes at High; stir once.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
