Dearest David in Virginia:

Thank you so much for clarifying some of our special Southern Vocabulary we
have down here. And of course, thank you for the wonderful recipe. I have
been married for 4 years and my first Thankgiving came and went without a
bang. This year I was resolved to rediscovering the Sweet Potato for my
family and have been collecting sweet potato recipes for about 3 months now
in anticipation of the approaching holiday season. Your recipe made the top of my list!
