Betty, I too was looking for the mock chicken salad recipe when I came upon this web site. I have made this recipe many times as did my mother. I just can't find the recipe tonight so, that is why I looked for it on the internet. I will be glad to give it to you when I find it. Mother has passed on but I know that I have it somewhere if you will be patient with me finding it. It may be May when I end this school year before I can look. Please let me know if you are still interested. THANKS,
Brenda
