Many of their recipes are also on their site
and if you think you have a good chicken recipe - check for the rules on that site - and enter it before 10/15! the next cook off (51 finalists - 1 per state and D/of/C - get an expense paid trip to the cook off May '05 in Charlotte, NC - and 5 of them win extra $$$$ - $100,000 is the GP!)
