ISO: National Chicken Cook Off Recipe Request

I just watched the National Chicken Cook Off on the Food Network (09/12/04). What an AMAZING array of dishes. I would love the recipe for all of them as I love to cook and LOVE chicken. However, in particular was the winner from Hawaii. Does anyone know if she gave up this recipe? I would love to try it. I am an avid lover of foods of Hawaii. Was married in Honolulu last year and the flavors hold sentimental value as well. Can anyone help????
