Re: Oh, Elly, I'm so jealous!!

Misc.

Elly, that is so neat that you are going to visit Janie. I have to admit that last week I thought of you and some of the other people who post on TKL. My husband and I took the back roads from Va. to Il. on a short vacation to decorate my parents graves. When we were in FT. Wayne it reminded me of Page and Trish talking about that area . Then I did not realize that Ohio had so many Amish people living there. One night we stayed in the New Philadelphis area and it was such a beautiful area--now I know why you seem to post so many good recipes!! My husband loves to go to garage sales so he managed to stop at quite a few but my favorite buy was a bucket of iris bulbs from a Mennonite sale in that area. It is fun to realize that we share so much by " talking " to friends here at TKL.
