re: Outback Steak Seasoning - Another After thought

I mean..the bags are marked in that they say "Steak Seasoning" as opposed to "Fry Seasoning" They are pretty big bags and no you can't buy them. From my experience...all but a few OB recipes are...pretty intense. I remember making the Scalloped Potatoes once and it was...alot of prep and alot of ingredients. I mean some stuff you can see in the mix. Salt, Pepper, Looks like either onion powder or garlic powder...its all different colors. So I wouldn't be surprised it there was 17. But 4 might be different types of pepper.
