Recipe: pepperberry (re: Outback Steak Seasoning)

Pepperberry is a key ingredient in outback's steak seasoning. I'm not familiar with the rest of the seasonings, but I do know pepperberry is in it for FACT. I was at a restaurant supply show and was introduced to the spice, where I was able to taste the sample and OUTBACK was mentioned. Pepperberry is common in traditional australian cuisine, and from my expierience it is only availible online through mail order, or thhrough sysco restaurant supply, which does not sell to the general public.
