I will tell you how to make an excellent Outback steak, tried and true. I make Emerils Essence leaving out the salt. Then I make the Outback seasoning leaving out the salt and substituting Emerils essence in place of the paprika. Then I bring the steaks to room temp sprinkled generously with Fiagro liquid smoke. Then just before Cook them I sprinkle with My Outback seasoning and the California style garlic salt, being careful not to over do the salt till you have tried it once. After you turn the steak over sprinkle again with my Outback seasoing and no more salt. You won't be able to beat the flavor.
