re: PEP - I have information for you

DEBBIE:
Good morning. The only thing that I can figure out what "Pep" means is that in the olden days before cornstarch, ete. "PECTIN" was used to thicken & to coagulate desserts.
Perhaps that is what those initals stand for. Good day young lady.
