CREAM CHEESE BANANA BREAD
1 cup sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 bananas, mashed
2 eggs
2 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Cream sugar and cream cheese in bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in bananas and eggs. Add baking mix and pecans. Stir just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Serves 12
