I just redicovered that condensed milk coconut macaroon recipe a few weeks ago. We used to make these alot growing up. Here is a pointer or two: Make sure you grease your cookie sheet very well and remove from sheet immediately, they are very sticky. Alternatively, we used to use a German product called "Bak Oblaten". These are basically like Communion wafers. You put the coconut mixture on top of these and bake. The macaroon bakes right on top so nothing sticks to the sheet. You eat the whole thing, the tasteless wafer and all. Sometimes people use these wafers to bake gingerbread on them.
