Recipe: Easy Ham (or Chicken) Chowder (with potatoes, carrots, and green beans)

EASY HAM (OR CHICKEN) CHOWDER

1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham or chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte Whole New Potatoes, drained and diced
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can Del Monte Sliced Carrots, drained
1 (8 oz.) can Del Monte Cut Green Beans, drained
biscuits or bread (to serve)

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.

Stir in 1 1/2 cups water or milk.

Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with warm biscuits or bread.

VARIATIONS:
Try other soups such as cream of celery or cream of chicken. Or, try other Del Monte Vegetables, such as Mixed Vegetables, Chopped Spinach, Sweet Peas, or Corn.
