You can do lots of easy things with Lobster tails. We split them and bake them in the oven with a bit of melted butter. Years ago my mom used to cook them in
tomato sauce and then we would have them with the sauce poured over linquine. I don't have exact recipes (I just wing it as far as measurements of ingredients, etc.) but maybe these ideas can get you started.
