Dear Mr. Hyer,

I do realize how old your post is, but are you (or anyone reading this thread) still looking for Salt Risen Bread in East Tennessee? If so, try Peggy Ann's Bakery on Snapps Ferry Road in Greeneville, TN. I was there yesterday, 05/29/08 and she is still baking it. yummmmmm
