YES! I too got the book and love it. I only have one question though...the recipe for Black Bottom Pie. I am not too comfortable about the uncooked egg whites that are added at the end of the recipe since this is not a pie that is baked in the oven but chilled in the fridge. Isn't it unsafe to eat uncooked egg whites these days? I know that when the recipe originated these problems were not prevalent as they are today. ANy suggestions...I would LOVE to try this pie!!
