Re: stainless steel vs. porcelin sink

Hi Ann:-) I, too, prefer porcelin sinks. I'm sure that there are many people out there who think I am crazy. Lee is right about the noise factor. I'm thinking how noisy mine were when you turned on a garbage disposal. My other problem with stainless steel is that once they are used, they never look clean to me. They are always water spotted:-( If you are fairly careful with a porcelin sink, like using soft scrub rather than something more abrasive, the finish will last a pretty long time. Good luck with whatever you decide to get.
