Hi Tiffany:-) If a flat type of bread was served with the Saganaki you had, it was probably Pita. If you do a search here, you will find recipes but most grocery stores now carry it. Pepperidge Farms is one brand that makes it but if you can't find it, you could make it from scratch. Also, I think that there are other recipes here at recipelink, for Saganaki, other than mine. If you want to take a look at them, just type "Saganaki" in the "Look for a recipe" box.
