BUSY DAY TUNA CASSEROLE

1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna,
drained and flaked
4 c. (8 oz.) noodles, cooked
and drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed
cream of celery soup
1 can (4 oz.) sliced
mushrooms, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas,
defrosted
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 c. crushed potato chips

Yield: 4 to 6 servings. In 3-quart casserole combine
tuna, noodles, soup, mushrooms, peas, milk and pimento; mix
well. Cover with wax paper. Cook at High 6 minutes and at
Medium 10 to 12 minutes. Stir twice. Top with potato chips.
Let stand, uncovered 3 minutes.
