re: Tunnel of Fudge Cake (using canned frosting)

Yes, I have used Coconut and Pecan canned frosting for a "tunnel of fudge" type of cake. It wasn't Paula Dean's recipe, but it was delicious. I'm sure you could use the fudge frosting and have good results.
