This description is from Chili's Menu:
BANANARUMBA
Banana-walnut bread w/butterscotch morsels, served warm in a sizzling skillet. Topped w/vanilla-rum sauce & whipped cream $3.99

Here are 2 glaze recipes. (Not from Chili's.) Some people substitute coffee for the water to make their glaze.
Glaze:
1 stick oleo
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. rum or rum flavoring
and orange juice to make
1/2 c.
Glaze: Boil all ingredients on medium heat for 5
minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, make holes in
top of cake, drizzle glaze over top. Sprinkle with powdered
sugar or frost with Cool Whip.
-or-
Glaze:
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 oz. rum
Boil butter, sugar and water for 1 minute. Remove from
heat and add rum. Drizzle slowly over cake.
