re: whipped frosting
Misc.ADVERTISEMENT
I have been looking for the same type of frosting for a while and have just found out the answer through a lot of research. The bakeries use a non-dairy whip cream. Make a whipped cream recipe, but instead of using real dairy whipping cream use a non-dairy whipping cream (not cool-whip). You will get the same results. Try different whipped cream recipes until you get the one that you like.
You can buy an already made non dairy whipped cream at a decorator or bakery specialty shop. It comes in gal. containers and all you have to do is pour it in a bowl and whipped it and then decorate.
I hope that you enjoy your whipped frosting.
