Hi, Mary, I have a copy of America's Favorite Cook Book that I was going to list on eBay. I decided to Google it just to see what I could find and I saw your question. If you're still looking for pages 171 and 172 I could copy them and send them to you.

Actually, now that I have looked through the book, I may keep it for myself. It's a neat old cookbook.
