ISO: White Bread from America's Cook Book by Marguerite Dodd

I have a cookbook that used to contain my favorite recipe for basic white bread. I say "used to contain" because the page that the recipe was on is the ONLY page of the book that is missing. Can't believe my luck on that! The cookbook information is as follows:

Title: America's Cook Book
Author: Marguerite Dodd
Publisher: Charles Scriber's Sons
Pub Date: 1963

The information/recipe was on back-to-back pages 171-172. Although I have seen the book offered online, I really don't want to buy a book I already have, minus 1 page.

If anyone has this book and can send me a copy of these pages, I would be SO grateful.
