Hi Sarah;
This recipe was posted on TKL, by CC back in Feb.
PEANUT BUTTER ROLL
2 #s confectioners sugar
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
Peanut Butter
Melt butter and cream cheese at low temperature. Mix with sugar, roll out on wax paper and spread peanut butter over top.
Roll into 1 long roll and slice. Refrigerate until cool.
