Request: a Mother's Day Poem and a Prayer

Does anyone know a VERY small (to fit on a notecard beside the dinner plate) Mother's Day Poem, for our church banquet? I have found all the larger ones I need, now it's just a few lines that I want, or it could be a very meaningful verse that would be appropriate for mothers. We also need a good prayer.
If you don't know any personal ones, would you happen to know where on the Internet, that I could find them? - poems & prayers.
