Request: cheese spread

Misc.

About 15 years ago a popular restaurant chain
by the name of Magic Pan, served an appetizer.
It was a herbed cheese spread that was served
with a loaf of bread that was sliced lengthwise
(much like garlic bread). I have been searching
for a similar recipe since the restaurant went
out of business.
Thanks
