Recipe(tried): Homemade Boursin

Misc.
Here is the Junior League of Chicago's version:

Best made a day ahead.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 t. fresh parsley, minced
2 T chopped chives
1 T. dry white vermouth
optional: pinch of lemon pepper

You can also add 1/2 cup of sour cream and turn it into dip!

This sure beats the $7 price tag and yes it is much cheaper at Sam's Club. Enjoy!
