Recipe: Basic Cooking Instructions for Turkey Drumsticks (oven or stovetop)

TO COOK IN AN OVEN:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brush turkey drumsticks with vegetable oil. Brown turkey drumsticks in lightly oiled skillet. Place in pan, and cover. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 hours, or until tender.
TO COOK ON THE STOVETOP:
Brown turkey drumsticks in lightly oiled skillet. Add 1 1/2 cups liquid, and cover. Simmer 1 1/4 hours, or until tender.
