Request for an Italian cookie (HELP!)

I hope someone can help me.
I am trying to find the recipe for an Italian cookie that looks like a ravioli and is deep fried. The filling has chick peas, chocolate, orange zest, etc... And the outside dough is very light. Please end my four year search. Thanks
