Request info. on freezing dough

Misc.

We often have power failures. I would like to know if I can freeze the dough or unbaked buns if I should get one before putting them in the oven. I haven't experienced it yet, but since I enjoy doing my baking when it's miserable out, it is bound to happen sooner or later.
