GREAT BAKED BEANS
diced bacon
chopped onion
canned beans
1/2 cup or more of dark molassas
1/2 cup or more dark brown sugar
1/2 cup or more catsup
Brown diced bacon until crisp, remove and place on paper towel.
To the bacon grease in fry pan add chopped onion and cook until clear; drain.
In a large pan, add onions and bacon to canned beans. Add 1/2 cup or more of dark molassas, 1/2 cup or more dark brown sugar, 1/2 cup or more catsup. Stir well and heat. Serve.
Delicious baked beans, adjust ingredients to taste. We prefer more molassas and brown sugar.
