Request: Mini Tart Fillings

Hi...I'm getting ready for the fast approaching holidays and was wondering if anyone has some different recipes for filling mini tart shells ( baked or unbaked)? I have the basic dough recipe as well as several different filling variations, such as pecan, pumpkin, spiced fruit, lemon, lemon-coconut, rocky road,chocolate-almond, cherry creme, kahlua caramel, plain caramel, mini cheesecakes, chocolate-raspberry gems and the peanut butter temptations. I know there has to be more of them and I would appreciate any help finding some new ones. They can be posted or sent to me thru e-mail.
